Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS!

We value all of our customers, and we appreciate your patronage. Please know all purchases made at Spirit of Tiphereth are intended for customers and are not for resale. We Do Not Give Refunds. However, we do offer a 3 day exchange policy on certain items that may break. If the item purchased from our shop breaks while shipped, we will allow an exchange or repair the item. Jewelry such as necklaces, charm bracelets and earrings, we offer a seven day exchange of the item. Return the jewelry within the allotted period and we will fix it or replace the item. Purchased item must be returned at the time of exchange with the receipt. 

Items eligible for exchange include: 

• Jewelry
• Unused Chalices
• Candle holder                        
• Incense holder
• Unused boxed Incenses
• Undamaged Tapestries or cloth items

Items NOT eligible for return nor exchange include:

• Any and All enchanted, magickal or used items
• Divination tools
• Crystals
• Candles
• Spell Bottles
• Herbs
• Spell powders
• Ritual Bath Salts
• Charms
