What is a Yoni Steam?
Yoni steam is a holistic experience that is both medicinal and spiritual at the same time. The meditative practice embarks the woman on an inner journey to the depths of her womb space. This is a special time of cleansing, renewal and healing of inner and outer trauma.
On a spiritual level, Yoni Steam allows the participant to meditate on sacral healing of emotional relationships, romantic attachments, sexual and physical health in relation to the body, mind and spirit

What is a Yoni Steam?
A vaginal steam (often referred to as a Yoni Steam) is an effective and relaxing way to promote spiritual and vaginal health. Yoni Steam is an ancient practice that aids in promoting ph balance in the body by naturally cleansing the vaginal lining in a safe and gentle way. The warm water heats up the natural oils found in the herbs which in turn is carried by the steam to nourish and tone the vaginal tissues. The steam helps to improve circulation in the vaginal canal by allowing the muscles to relax and nutrients to be absorbed through the pores.

On a medicinal level, specific herbs are placed in a pot, or a bowl of hot water. The meditator, then, squats or sits over the pot to allow the steam herbs to be absorbed by the skin and vaginal area.
